The creative and driving force behind Annabelle Beet, Tabi Falcone, is a coffee loving mom of wild ones, wife to a bearded man, and curator of her rainbow house.
"Painting is something I have always enjoyed, but took a break from after I finished college and got settled down with a corporate job, husband, expanding family, and more responsibilities. One night (fueled by wine and sleep deprivation) I threw together a few pun related water color paintings and this business was born. Thankfully my kids love doing art, so I started having more art time with them, which has allowed me to grow my inventory of fun food related paintings.
Since then I have spent a lot of time experimenting and expanding my brand into inspirational and sassy pieces, as well as jewelry and acrylics. I am loving this experimentation and can't wait to see what else comes out of it.
The name Annabelle Beet came after I entered a beet painting into my first art show at our local library. In speaking with one of the librarians, she gushed about my work and mentioned that I should 'write a children's book about eating vegetables, you can name the main character Annabelle Beet or something cute like that!', and I absolutely fell in love with the name.
These paintings have added a lot of fun and joy to my life, and it is my most sincere hope that they do the same for all my customers!"
